As of last Thursday, Maycee is officially pacifier free. I have known for awhile now that I have needed to do this, but have resisted because it helps her sleep, comforts her when sad, and plus, I Don't want my baby to grow up. But I told myself when they were all lost, I would buy no more. Well that day came and she is doing great! She had a weak moment when she found a picture of herself as an infant and she had it in her mouth and she got a sad face and said,"My pas, my pas" It melted my heart. But she has been sleeping great and after a week of it I think she officially knows how to fall asleep with out it. My baby is growing up- Now onto potty training- YIKES!

i still remember so well shoving it in her wee little mouth when she was 3 weeks old. i guess i was an "enabler." those things are a God-send, but like you said, it must have been time!
