Birthday Wishes to Abby

We had so much fun celebrating Abby's birthday today. Abby has been eagerly anticipating her birthday for weeks. Actually months. I think she has been asking when her birthday is since Brittons birthday, which was in April. A couple of weeks ago she was sitting on the couch and she got a really dirty look on her face and said,"This is so boring waiting for my birthday."

Abby woke up today at 5:30 am, I guess she was just so excited to begin her 4th birthday!(Not sure where she got that from!) Blake took her on a special daddy daughter date- they went to Red Robin for lunch. Blake said that he had them come and sing to her and bring her a sundae but Abby wouldn't eat it because she wanted to wait for the cake and ice cream that she was having at her party. So cute!

She had fun celebrating with all of her friends at her Princess Party. All the girls wore their princess dresses and we painted nails and sprayed sparkles in their hair. They loved it. Abby also requested a Barbie cake like the one a Target (thats how she would ask for it).. Well target charges 40 bucks for their barbie cake so Abby got my version. She loved it! (I thought it turned out pretty well too!)

We love you Abby! I am so glad you are part of our family. Abby is the sweetest little girl. She is a true princess at heart. She loves to dress up, loves to paint her nails, and would love to wear make up every day. She is always very concerned with what she is wearing (and with what I am wearing for that matter). She loves to practice her ballerina moves and loves to play pretend. Abby loves to talk on pretend phones. She will have full out conversations with people into her phone. It is the funniest thing to listen to. This morning she was having a conversation on her phone with someone and I heard her saying ,"I know, its my birthday. Oh thank you. Oh, okay, bye." She also loves to sing and knows all the words to every Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood songs.

Abby is also such a great big sister to Maycee. She is so cute with her and plays the role of mommy to Maycee on a daily basis. They are such good friends. Abby loves her friends and loves to play with anyone that will play with her. She is very adaptable. I love that about her.

The other night I was putting her to bed and she said, "Mommy, I love you. I love you so much. And, mommy, you are the best pusher on the tire swing at the park."
So cute!! I love you Abby! Happy 4th Birthday!
