Has it really been 8 years??

Happy Anniversary Blake!!

After running the Bolder Boulder yesterday (and after somewhat joking with me about not breaking an hour) we were in the car with the kids and Blake and I were talking about something and he must of said something stupid cause I started laughing. Then Britton said to me, "Dad can always make you laugh, can't he?" I am happy to say after 8 years of marriage, 3 children, and 5 residences, Blake can still make me laugh hard enough to cry, hard enough to make my stomach hurt. And I am also happy to say that we can still throw cold water on one another while the other is in the shower and get a good laugh out of it- not sure why that hasn't gotten old yet.

Love you babe! Heres to lots more years of you acting dumb so I can laugh!

Maycee said to me" Mom, why did Daniel get fired?" After guessing daniel in the lions den, we finally figured out she was asking about Josh McDaniels.
Maycee came up to me and asked me if her shoes were on the right feet. I told her they were. She replied,"Oh good, I am learning my manners."
Today the girls were talking about Halloween. Maycee informed us she would like to be a freckle.

I said,"What should we have for breakfast?" Britton replied,"I know what I want for breakfast. Grill me up some ribs."

Abby was wearing a dress the other day and it was pretty cold outside so I asked her if she wanted to wear some tights. She said,"No, I don't want to wear tights, I will just wear my legs."
We were watching cartoons this morning and a commerical came on for some purse and Abby said, "Mom, do you want that purse?" And then Britton said, "No, Abby mom doesn't need that purse. Its only for people who have to dig and dump." I said,"What are you talking about?" Britton said, "You know, dig and dump for their keys."
As he was leaving for work this morning, Blake said to Abby,"Bye Babe" Abby replied,"Dad, I am not babe, I am sweetie."
