You went Goth??

This was Blakes reaction to my new hair color. I was sick of my high lights and wanted them covered up. I got what I asked for. Blake thinks I went goth (but loves it) and Britton thinks I look like Gabriella Montez. Whatever. I am hoping it lightens up a little bit.

This picture was taken as Abby and I were leaving for a girls night out to the BYU ballet. We had such a fun time. I think Abby re- applied her lip gloss about 8 times during the show. I look forward to many more girls night out with my daughters.

Apparently I have called her the wrong name one too many times.

Feeling Grateful

8 Years Ago, on a day that brought a huge snowstorm to Denver, Blake and I were sealed in the Denver Temple for time and all eternity. I feel so grateful to have found Blake. I can't believe it has been that long and still think about how the weather made it almost impossible to get there on time.

Also feeling grateful today for our little family that was created as a result of this sealing. We had a fun night dancing to Taylor Swift's new CD, Fearless. We love it. Abby hung the poster that came with the CD in her room.

Also feeling grateful for my awesome work out at the gym and then finding straw pumpkins for 75% off at Target. It was a great day.

Bathtime

A few weeks ago, Abby and Maycee were watching cartoons and Abby hopped up, ran in the bathroom and started getting undressed. She wanted to take a bath. Normally her and Maycee always bath together at night (never one without the other, always together) but Maycee seemed content to watch cartoons. I had left Abby in the bath, and went into my room to grab something and came back and this is what I found. The funniest part about it was Maycee wasn' t bothered by it at all (can you say HEAVY diaper?) We laughed over this all evening!
